RETURN POLICY
At Flooseeds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.
🕒 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly delayed
Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

🕒 Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
Items must be shipped back within 30 days after return approval
All items must be returned in one single shipment

To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
In original packaging
Include all accessories and documentation
No visible signs of wear
Returned within the approved timeframe
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We do not provide return shipping labels
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in defective cases)
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
You will receive an email confirmation once completed
Refund includes:
✔ Product price
✔ Standard shipping fee (only if item is defective or incorrect)
Refund does NOT include:
✘ Return shipping costs
✘ Express or premium shipping fees
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
Items show signs of use or damage
Missing original packaging or accessories
Return sent without approval
Return request is made outside the allowed timeframe
If a return is rejected, the customer must arrange pickup at their own expense.
