All of our orders ship via USPS! Once your order is placed online, our magic elves get right to work picking, staging, boxing and shipping your seeds. Orders typically ship out within 3–4 business days. You will receive email notifications along the way on the progress of your order, as well as tracking information to track your seeds all the way to their new home!
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, and please keep in mind the delivery times are estimates and may vary.

NOTE:
Due to the double impact of order surge and tight logistics, the delivery time of recent orders may be extended to 15–25 working days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also log into your account (if you have one) and check the status there — or if you do not have an account you can use the “track my order” link in the menu at the top of the site.

CHANGES

Unfortunately, once your package is shipped we cannot make any changes to it. Once you get the tracking number, you can go to the USPS website to track it.

UNDELIVERABLE OR LOST PACKAGES

If a package is undeliverable it will be returned to us. Once it is returned we will refund you for your order, minus the $10 fee that the shipper charges us for a returned package. We cannot re-ship the package, so if you want the items you can place a new order. If your package gets lost, please contact us!
